1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 TO 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We Do ship to P.O. box addresses.
5. Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

उद्देश्य :
Yeh policy customers ko clear instructions deti hai jab unhe product delivery par faulty, damaged, या missing मिले — taaki claim quickly verify karke refund ya replacement diya ja sake.
स्कोप :
Yeh policy sabhi online orders par लागू होगी jo हमारी वेबसाइट/warehouse se dispatch hue hon.
ग्राहक द्वारा आवश्यक कदम (Mandatory):
Unboxing video required:
Delivery receive karte hi customer ko full unboxing video record karna होगा (camera landscape mein, clear audio). Video mein order packaging, parcel seal, courier label, aur product ka first reveal saaf dikhna chahiye.
Product testing video:
Agar product electronics/functional item hai to ek short test video bhi bheje (product on karna, basic function check).
Video mein order details dikhni chahiye:
Video mein invoice / order id ya delivery challan dikhayein (ya screen par order id likh kar rakh lein) taaki video aur order link ho sake.
समय सीमा (Time window):
Video aur complaint 24 ghante (1 din) ke andar humare support channel par bhejni hogi (delivery date se count). Transit ke visible external damage cases mein courier ko report karna aur photo 24 ghante ke andar bhejna zaroori hai.

क्या होगा अगर item faulty/damaged nikla:
Customer ne required video + photos bhej diye aur complaint within time window submit ki — toh hum:
Claim verify karenge (video + photos + order record).
Fault confirmed hone par customer ko choice denge: Refund / Replacement (availability ke hisaab se).
Refund initiate hone par refund processing 7 TO 10 business days mein complete hoga (payment method ke hisaab se).
Replacement dispatch policies aur expected lead time customer ko bataye jayenge.
Rejection conditions (kab claim reject ho sakta hai):
Agar customer unboxing/video nahin bhejta, ya bheja gaya evidence insufficient/edited/unclear ho, toh claim reject ho sakta hai.
Video/Photos mein order id/packing nahi dikh raha ho.
Complaint beyond allowed time window bina valid reason ke.
Product damage misuse/accidental damage jo delivery se sambandhit nahi.
Additional notes:
Courier transit damage ke liye hum courier partner ke sath investigation kar sakte hain; iske liye courier ki reporting timeline follow karna zaroori hai.
Company fraudulent claims detect karne ke liye sampling/inspection rakh sakti hai; agar fraud paya gaya toh legal action liya ja sakta hai.
